We believe that needs analysis identifies the precise requirements of the beneficiaries, from beginning of the idea to end of the project. Because the needs analysis feeds into project planning, it is an integral part of any test-development project, be it large or small.
At the end of a successful initiation of this analysis, we plan as it is a crucial aspect of quality assurance in any development project. The development of a project plan includes workflows, timelines, milestones, and a list of formal and informal deliverables. The selection of personnel for the management team and the test development team also occurs during the planning stage.
We then develop project proposal to seek funding assistance for implementation.
